The upstairs of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Oyster Bay 1 private community is all yours. This includes a full bath that is for your private use. Downstairs includes shared spaces of kitchen, living room, and screened-in porch. Use of inflatable kayak available with a short walk to the canal that leads to Assateague Channel. My partner and I live and work from home on the first floor with two cats that can be kept away from you if desired. We are fully vaccinated.
