Šta ćete raditi

So are you ready to be an iron man for a day? Well, you should be because I can tell you it won’t be easy but I can also guarantee you’ll feel amazing afterwards.. So let’s do it! Challenge yourself and do your best!!

We’ll be having:

• an amazing pre-workout meal
• 0.6-mile swim (1/4 iron man)
• 23-mile bike ride (1/4 iron man)
• 6.5-mile run (1/4 iron man)
• (hopefully) cross the finish line and get a medal
• a 15min session of stretching at the beach
• a super healthy protein shake and protein pancakes in a ocean view

*I’ll be timing, pushing and incentivizing you the whole time as a trainer to do your best!

* I assume the whole experience shouldn’t take more than four hours but it all depends from your physical. So it can always take more or less. It al depends on your willpower!

I’m a 62 years old gem who is fascinate for sports and believe or not, I’m an iron man. Back in the 90’s, when my wife got pregnant I was too young and didn’t want to ‘end my life’ being a boring fat dad. So that’s when I decided to start it all. Since there, it has been 8 iron man’s, 12 half iron man’s and 4 marathons. And I can tell you, it won’t stop there!
