Esse é meu lar, simples, porém prezo sempre por limpeza e organização, casa do 3° andar, bem localizada, bom acesso para turismo. Fica há: - 400 m da Multivix ( 5 mn apé); - 850 m da UFES e Parque Pedra da Cebola; - 2,5 km da Praia de Camburi; - 3 km do Aeroporto (7 mn de carro)
