The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

My property is a 2 story 4 bedroom townhouse, 3 of the bedrooms are available for rent through airbnb (the 4th one is occupied by me =P). The number of people in the house at any give time fluctuates with occupancy and is usually between 4 and 6 There are three fridges in the kitchen, so fridge space is usually not an issue. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and there is plenty of dining and couch space to go around. The bookshelves here are stocked wall to wall with cookbooks so feel free to have a browse if you’re looking for inspiration: ) The large patio is great for outdoor lounging in the summer and also acts as a designated smoking area. House rules: Please do not wear shoes or slippers inside the bedrooms Please do not eat inside the rooms. Spillage resulting in stains may incur extra cleaning fees. Please do make use of the dining room table, television etc. Please keep the kitchen tidy after use and wash all used plates, cutlery and cookware. I try to pick up the slack where possible but the kitchen gets dirty very quickly if we don’t each do our part. Each private bedroom on the 2nd floor is spacious with big beds and large closet space. There are 3 bathrooms that will be shared and allocated for the guests. Its about 5-10minutes walk to Caulfield station, Monash University, tram stop going to city and buses to Chadstone shopping centre and to other locations.
