The high-end maisonette (70m2) is close to the high-tech region of Stuttgart, Sindelfingen, Böblingen, Leonberg, Herrenberg and near the black forest nature park. You will love our maisonette with its separate entrance, due to the tranquility, the privacy, the comfortable double bed, the cosiness, the light and the large terrace. The accommodation is ideal for single travelers, business travelers, couples, and families (with up to 2 children).

if you are looking for a unique location to spend your business or holiday trip near the high-tech hub of Stuttgart Region and the beautiful nature of the Black Forest, we will be happy to welcome you at our special 70 m2 Maisonette in the core of the lovely village Aidlingen.

Our Maisonette has its own and separate entry with a parking area directly in front. It can accomodate up to 4 persons (+1 additional person on a add on mattress). It offers also - with the features such as high speed Wi-Fi, LCD-TV, a large living & sleeping area as well as the wide terrace- an awsome living experience. Close to the house, you have a station for public transport towards Böblingen & than Stuttgart. The Airport is arround 25min away.
