We know the importance of cleanliness, therefore, our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which are laundered after each guest visit to ensure a sanitary environment.
We have available for an additional fee a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley including Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas. After booking and upon request we will provide you contact information to this company and you will work directly with them for scheduling and payment.
Our beautiful home has an HOA that has a strict policy about not parking on the street at anytime. There is garage parking for 2 plus driveway parking for another 3 vehicles. We cannot guarantee any exact temperature. In the coldest months there is no guarantee your pool will be at your ideal temperature.

Everything about your stay will be memorable! This two story home is perfect for entertaining or just simply relaxing. The family room features fun for the whole family with 2 sofas, 60" flat screen smart tv with expanded cable, a pool table, foosball table and a good old fashion arcade Pac-man game! The spacious kitchen is right off the family room and features beautiful backyard views from the windows, a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, traditional coffee maker and much more. There is a high-top table that seats 4 in the kitchen and in the dining room there is another table with seating for 8 plus outdoor seating.
If you are looking to retreat after a long day and just sit and relax then the living room is the place to do just that featuring four chairs and a cozy gas fireplace to enjoy in the colder months. The laundry room and guest bathroom that has a single sink and tub/shower combo is located downstairs just off the living and family room.
All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, sitting area, 50” TV, sliding doors to the balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset on the outdoor patio furniture. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, vanity area with chair, walk in shower and a garden tub. The first guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds with dresser and 50” smart TV.
