This PRIVATE BEDROOM with ATTACHED BATHROOM is located in the converted basement of our SOLAR POWERED house 3 min north of Presbyterian hospital.

Please note the basement ceiling is 79" high. The stairs leading to the basement is narrow (only 23" wide), and the last 5 landings have low overhead clearance (see photos). The window is LED-back lit, for decoration only, cannot be opened.

This room can accommodate 2 persons. The common spaces (living-room, kitchen) will be shared with other guests.

Prostor
Reservations at our house are preferentially given to our medical/professional guests who need either a quiet environment to study for their board exams or to relax and prepare for the interviews.

Very quiet and SAFE neighborhood in Powelton village. There is a police station a couple houses down the street which make our neighborhood one of the safest in the city. They patrol the area 24/7. UCD police also patrol Upenn and surrounding area. They can provide FREE escort service if requested.
