L'immeuble est sécurisé avec une gardienne à demeure. Grande diversité de commerces de bouche, cafés et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier très apprécié des parisiens, vivant et festif, très bien desservi, à 10 mn en bus ou métro de Bastille et du Marais.

The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
