Spacious 3-bedroom home in the mountains, with a large yard and stunning panoramic view of the Green Mountains. Main floor has a kitchen, living room, wood stove, and full bath with a modern cabin feel, plus an open loft that can function as the third bedroom and/or remote work space. Downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, plenty of storage for ski equipment. 20 minutes from Mad River Glen Ski Resort and 25-30 minutes from Mt. Ellen & Sugarbush Resort. This bright 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ski house makes for a great multi season getaway. Brand new kitchen counter and full size laundry in '22. Bedrooms newly furnished, complete with desk for working remote. Lots of natural light to enjoy after an adventurous day in the mad river valley. We are ski in/ walk out snow dependent and minutes from Mt Ellen and Mad River. Mountain Biking, snowshoe and hiking trails at Sugarbush are steps away. A common pool and tennis courts during the summer.

Our home is located on Hawk Mountain, a couple miles above the cozy town of Rochester VT in the White River Valley. 30 minutes to Killington, 40 to Sugarbush, and 20 to Middlebury Snowbowl, this is a great getaway for those who like to go on nature walks, hike, mountain/road bike, downhill/XC ski, or just have a quiet vacation in the mountains.

Chalet Vermont - Ski In/Ski Out at Sugarbush

This 1963 four-season remodeled ski Chalet is one of the original homes built right on the trails of Sugarbush. You will enjoy a historic yet modernly furnished and immaculately maintained home. Soak in views of the mountain beside the wood stove or boot-up in the mudroom and walk down the road to where you can access the trail. Ski home for lunch or to celebrate a great day in classic après style. Perfect for spring skiing, summer swimming/biking, and autumn leaf-peeping.

The floor-to-peak windows of this updated mid-century A-Frame look out across the Mad River Valley. It's an easy walk to the historic Waitsfield Common Road, locally known as one of the best walking/biking roads in the Valley, if not all of Vermont. The ski resorts are a 10 to 15 minute drive away. In the warmer months this is a great starting point for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. After a day out, unwind in the hot tub and take in the fresh air.

Private A-Frame in Alpine Village, Warren, Vermont. 10 min to Sugarbush Resort, 20 min to Mad River Glen. A mile from beautiful Blueberry Lake and nearby is Warren. Full bedroom & upstairs sleeping loft w/2 twin beds.
