The Sunset efficiency apartment is brand new. The view from this cozy apartment beats anything in Confluence rain or shine, and if there is a sunset you are at the perfect spot. It has a fully functional kitchen, private bathroom with tub and shower. It has a small living area with a flat screen TV and a queen bed. One of the best features is, it is the quietest of all my apartments. Confluence does have the railroad going right through town. Very cozy, quiet and a spectacular view.
