The Hidden Cottage! A DIY Cabin in the Countryside

This uniquely DIY cabin, hidden under the trees, is totally private, surrounded by nature, and lovingly built for family and friends to gather and reconnect in a perfect sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Located only 25 km from Tirana, it creates the perfect get away for experiencing each season to the fullest. The area offers hiking trails, breathtaking mountain and valley views, several family run restaurants cooking delicious local dishes at very convenient prices.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Camp Lipovo mountain cabin 1

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. The terras has a view on the river where we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober.

Vikendica se nalazi u prelijepoj prirodi, u blizini brezove šume, ispod planinskog vrha Štuoc, sa pogledom na planine. Vikendica je u potpunosti napravljena od drveta. Mi smo savršena polazna tačka za sve vaše avanture ako planirate aktivan odmor jer kod nas možete angažovati vodiča za pješačke ture, razgledanje i posjetu skrivenim mjestima u srcu našeg sela, kao i rezervisati rafting ili kanjoning u sezoni. . Nudimo i spoljnu saunu uz doplatu. Dobrodošli!

Baita di circa 40 mq costruita con tronchi in legno stile canadese la casa è composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura camino e divano letto ,camera matrimoniale e bagno. la baita dispone di un giardino perimetrale ad uso esclusivo e una piccola veranda. la casa è arredata con gusto in stile rustico e attrezzata di tutto l occorrente per un soggiorno senza pensieri. i proprietari vivono stabilmente in una baita situata nello stesso terreno

Ai piedi del monte San Vicino, su una splendida collina a 420 metri sul livello del mare, in piena tranquillità e facilmente raggiungibile si può godere di una splendida vista a 360 gradi, dai monti Sibillini alla Gola della Rossa. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.

Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.
