House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. Detached house, only 50 steps from the harbour, traditional outside, minimal inside, faces east, sunny in the morning, cool in the evening, ideal moonrise view, very quiet neighbourhood. The house is about 40sq.m, with 1 bedroom with dooble bed, living room with two double sofabeds, 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom and yard-balcony with beautiful sea view.
