A double storey, luxuriously decorated private villa, located in a 4-acre estate. It is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. Surrounded by trees, it is entirely secluded from the surrounding properties (which are very few). Furthermore, the house is big enough that you can enjoy quiet moments even in a big group. Pet friendly! Guests under 6 years old do not pay (so do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Also suitable for event hosting (e.g. wedding receptions).

A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Sykamino Summer Villa and Pool House

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.

Enjoy a relaxing break at our country house, located in Varnavas, just 30 km away from Athens center. In a tranquil setting, you can enjoy our beautiful view, enjoy our swimming pool and just relax!. You can also enjoy Varnavas beach that is just 12 minutes away by car or enjoy nature, walking on trails with amazing scenery which are next to our house. We are a couple living on the main house above the guest house. Privacy and friendliness is guaranteed!
