Walking distance to great restaurants and about 10 blocks from the Bart both MacArthur and 19th street stations. It's less than 5 min drive to the West Oakland Bart-10 min ride to SF

Open plan, tall ceilings, large windows, large art/ work / office space. 2 private bathrooms In previous years I had 2 full-time cat residents (you'll see them in reviews), but they are no longer living on the property. sorry cat lovers.
