Just down the road from the Albert Ice House, 10 miles from the 290 Wine Trail and 20 miles from Fredericksburg, you get unbeatable peace and quiet while still being in the mix.

Chertecho Tree Tower

Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.

Cabin for Wine Country Wanderers

This cozy cabin, a sister property to The Albert, sits on the same acre but offers a different vibe with a separate entrance. Once a hunting shack, it’s now a reimagined tiny home for couples to unplug and reconnect. With a comfy California King bed, dual shower heads, and a large deck overlooking a hay farm, it’s perfect for relaxation. The artsy kitchenette and outdoor grill make it easy to prepare a romantic meal, while its location offers easy access to Hill Country attractions.

Everything that's needed in a cozy space. Comfortable bed, spacious walk-in shower, kitchenette (with light pre-packaged breakfast items), collapsible table/chairs to use as a workspace or for dining, Wifi, and patio seating. Perfect setting for your stay in the Hill Country. Located in historic Hye, TX close to wineries, distilleries, and more. Open plan with natural light. Great for a romantic or fun getaway. Reserve up to three "maisonnettes" for trips with friends or family.

Leaf Treehouse at The Meadow

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. 7th Street Guesthouse

Our place is close to family-friendly activities, Old Blanco County Courthouse, antiquing, Blanco State Park and River. Centrally located in the Hill Country (Fredericksburg, Wimberley, Marble Falls and more). Lots of dining choices. The 7th Street Guesthouse is a historic jewel in Blanco County. Known by locals as "The Old Speer Home", this charming home is located within walking distance of historic downtown Blanco. Our place is ideal for couples and solo adventurers.

The deck has a two-person hot tub and sitting area to enjoy the panoramic view of the hill country and catch the most breathtaking sunsets. This view takes stargazing to a whole new level. Welcome to Oak Haus in The Glades on winery corridor. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy wine at the fire pit or coffee on the porch, where deer might scamper by. Spend your time relaxing, playing games or swimming in the heated cowboy pool (which is a 10 foot stock tank) in the common leisure corral. Visit the 12 wineries, brewery or two distilleries that are within one and a half miles of Oak Haus. Fredericksburg is just a short drive away.
