The Monarch Cabin at the Mariposa is new construction in the Texas Hill Country, just off the 290 Wine Trail. Two cabins, on over 80 acres, are available for rent together or separately. The Swallowtail Cabin is available on a different listing. Butterfly gardens surround the cabins, and wildlife abounds. Over 65 wineries are less than 15 minutes from the Mariposa. An easy drive to Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, Stonewall, Hye, Albert and Luckenbach. No cleaning fee or check out duties.

The Deer Haven Ranch Cottage 4 Beds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

Our place is close to family-friendly activities, Old Blanco County Courthouse, antiquing, Blanco State Park and River. Centrally located in the Hill Country (Fredericksburg, Wimberley, Marble Falls and more). Lots of dining choices. The 7th Street Guesthouse is a historic jewel in Blanco County. Known by locals as "The Old Speer Home", this charming home is located within walking distance of historic downtown Blanco. Our place is ideal for couples and solo adventurers.

Located less than 2 minutes from more than 10 incredible wineries, a quick 8 minutes to Johnson City, or 20 minutes to Fredericksburg, this cabin is remote yet convenient.
