On the top floor there are three double rooms and a full bathroom. The rooms are wide and bright. In the low floor there are a dinning room, living room with wood burning stove a bathroom with shower and the kitchen.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
