Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our historic Algoma train Caboose is quite the experience as it's surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. We also offer kayak to rent to explore the river. The top loft of the Caboose is only accessed by a ladder.

Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and private dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Nestled on the shores of Popeye lake, the Sweet Pea was a new addition to the cottage rental market as of summer 2019. This 4 bedroom lakeside getaway is furnished for comfort and our goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The large windows, high ceilings and open concept are perfect for gatherings and at the end of the night guests can retire to the sleeping area downstairs.
