This historic travel resort property features 33 clean and comfortable guest rooms at a great value! Located close to South Haven beaches, activities and shopping, Sun 'n Sand Resort offers plenty of fun for families, couples, girlfriends, reunions, weddings and more: a salt water pool, waterfall and mini-beach, fire pits, outdoor games, and more. Penthouse S. Secret of Saugatuck Sts 3B/2B Up Pool

Penthouse South is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps a total of 10 people with a king bedroom, a 2 queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms were recently remodeled with tile (pictures to be updated). The kitchen has a double oven and granite counter tops. The exterior deck overlooks the pool from the second floor. There is a television in the living room and the king bedroom. There are free washers and dryers on site.

Winton Cottage

The Winton at Old Pike Cottages is a 2-bedroom cottage suitable for 2-4 guests; with a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. This waterfront cottage has heated floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchenette, furnished screened-in patio, living room with smart TV and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Unit B-2 is one of our larger 1 bedroom lower level pool view units at the Secret of Saugatuck Suites. The unit has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. The unit has air conditioning and is near the community grills and pool. The bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The living room has a pullout king sleeper sofa. This is a unit which books quick and often due to it's size and location.

A-1 Secret of Saugatuck Sts 2B/1B Lwr Level Nature

Unit A-1 at the Secret of Saugatuck Suites is a lower level nature side 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. It has a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit equipped with a full kitchen and living area. There are 2 gas grills by the pool, a common area hot tub, plenty of parking, and on the beach side of town.

B-5 Secret of Saugatuck Suites Efficiency Unit

Unit B-5 is a lower-level efficiency unit. This is one of our two basic units which are affordable and have full resort access. The unit has a comfortable King bed, and a full size sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and full private bathroom. This unit is best for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4, but it will be tight.

A-4 Secret of Saugatuck Sts Up Lvl Nature Side 2Br

This unit is an upper level end unit with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the living area has a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. This unit overlooks the nature area on the common back deck. You will see lots of wildlife from the deck.

C-3 Secret of Saugatuck Sts 1BR/1BA Lower Poolside

You won’t Unit C-3 is a lower-level end unit with a queen bed in bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa. This unit is facing pool and only steps away from the pool and hot tub area with community grills. This unit also features a full kitchen.
