The McKinney Garden House offers all the amenities of a full-size home, making it perfect for long weekend couples getaway or business travelers. The property is not recommended for infants or young children.

When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, gym, pharmacy and grocery stores but tucked away on a quiet street. A 7 minute drive from McKinney downtown, 15 min. drive from Plano and Frisco areas and 40 minutes from Dallas/DFW airport. We allow for at least 24 hours between reservations to thoroughly clean and disinfect the whole house.

Zero party tolerance. Camera at the front door to break up parties before the 4th person shows up and you will be fined and lose your rental fee.
