Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Nelle vicinanze piste ciclabili e sentieri per passeggiate nella natura. Tirano e la partenza del "Trenino Rosso" distano 7 km. Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali dista 25km. Livigno, il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e molte altre incantevoli località sono raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Posto ideale per chi cerca quiete.

Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Im Herzen des Emmentals steht das Tiny House/Wohnfass an ruhiger Lage direkt neben einem alten Emmentaler Bauernhof mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die gesamte Berner Alpenkette. Das Wohnfass bietet Einzelpersonen wie auch 2 bis 4 Personen eine tolle Wohngelegenheit. Im Bauernhaus steht eine eingerichtete Küche, WC und Dusche zur Verfügung (ca. 65 Meter Entfernung). Direkt neben der Unterkunft steht ein Hot-Tub mit Massagedüsen und LED-Beleuchtung zur freien Benutzung.

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
