Enjoy the traquility and beautiful views while you relax at this rustic, two-hundred year old cabin on a working beef farm - with high speed internet! Cabin is warm and cozy and perfect for two. Private, yet still close to trails and the Piney River. The porch overlooks Naked Creek, picturesque pastures and the beautiful rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mts. Gorgeous mountain views as you drive in. See horses, cows, calves, foals, chickens and occasional wildlife from the front porch.

Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Green Needles Christmas Tree Farm Cabin/Lynchburg

Our cabin is 600 sq ft with a large covered porch. We have 1 queen size bed, a double & single bunk combination, and full kitchen. We have 2 sources of heat, propane and electric both which make some noise when they run. 42 acres of Christmas trees, wooded trails, a stream that runs throughout the property, foot bridge and fields. A short 10 min hike will take you to our Ridge with a gazebo. We are 25 min from LU, 15 min from the Lynchburg area and 15 min from the Blue Ridge Pkwy.
