As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

Treetops is a spacious, lovely & private first floor three bedroom flat. There is everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped flat has its own entrance, a lounge/diner kitchen, hall, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 8 people. Treetops is in a beautiful environment approximately a mile from the centre of Winchester and the train station. Shops, takeaways & a restaurant are only a 5-minute walk away. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.

Our dog-friendly annexe has an ensuite bedroom, with a second ensuite bedroom available on request, and living-room with well appointed kitchenette in a self-contained, ground-floor wing of charming house in a large peaceful garden in Nether Wallop, a pretty village within easy reach of Stockbridge, Porton Down, Andover, Romsey, Stonehenge and the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. Guests have an independent front door/key and free parking in the drive.
