This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. CHS Guest Suite w/Separate Entry 2 Bedroom& 2 Bath

**One of the few Airbnb’s with a legal permit in Charleston, SC. Just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. Free parking in my driveway! Guest suite. Own private and separate entrance. This charming farmhouse along with its matching studio cottage located right next door is nestled under 5 very large oak trees on 30 acres. Property consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy bond fires, star gazing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Please note: Additional fees are required for events so inquire prior to booking. Fishing and swimming are permitted. No fishing license needed.
