Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Our two-story cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath & 1,344 square feet of living space. We offer 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen and a pullout sofa on main level. Wooded backyard offers privacy and tranquil setting while sitting on the spacious patio.

Take a hike around the Lake on the 5+ miles of trails before cooling off in the pond while you gaze up at the stars. Sheep, Dwarf Fainting goats(next to silo 10' away), Chickens, Ducks, Bunnies, & Turkeys.

Follow a long gravel driveway before you can view this comfortable house in the country. This house is 12 easy miles from the Town of Farmville and all it has to offer. Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College is near by. Visit High Bridge State Park for hiking and Greenfront is a shopping destination. Lots of dining options will appeal to every taste and plenty of other activities to enjoy in this area. There is no phone-internet or satellite at The Hide-A-Way, Cell phones do work.

The Inn at Hampden-Sydney

A peaceful, quiet, and cozy home on 36 acres of beautiful land that rests just 5 minutes from Hampden-Sydney College and 10 minutes from Longwood University. We want your stay to be comfortable and relaxing, which is why each bed is comfortable and topped with luxurious linens. The house is equipped with 3 big screen tv's. You can also watch the deer from the enclosed front porch or open back deck. Enjoying sitting around the firepit or walking along one of the many paths on the property.

King Bed added. Entire house - you’ll be the only ones there. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths. It's like having 3 Hotel Rooms but you get a full kitchen & family room.
