Having a casita has been a dream for our family for years. We love hosting friends, family, and travelers so having a dedicated space is so exciting. Our family self built the house over a two year time frame. We hope to finish the landscape by the fall of 2021. The space has fresh clean colors that remind of us the sky, streams, and oceans we love to visit in nature. It is equipped with a sink and microwave for warming snacks and beverages. We are located 4 miles from BYU Idaho, and within 2 miles from Walmart and plenty of eating establishments. This is a pretty little quiet, safe neighborhood and we feel confident you’ll love your stay!

Hanks Cabin is named after our great, great, great grandfather, Ephraim Hanks. We built this cabin in 2018 as a tribute to his life. The cabin is full of family history, antiques and furnishings. Whether you are fishing on the famous south fork of the snake river, traveling our beautiful area which includes Yellowstone park, Jackson Hole, or Grand Teton National Park.
