Cabin in the Woods

Self-contained oak cabin with double bed, shower and kitchenette. Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Outside cook space is complete with a barbecue as well as gas hob.

‘The Old Cart Shed’ is, as the name contrives, a property fabricated from the structure of an original 19th century cart shed. Rebuilt entirely from the ground up, with only the interior, original wood-beamed structure and lime render walls to belie any relation to its former purpose, The Old Cart Shed is today, a self-contained, redesigned dwelling available for short or long-term rental.
