On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occasional Orca.

Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.
