Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

For guests peace of mind, all surfaces, handles, bathrooms and remotes are wiped down with strong Sodium Hypochlorite solution as per health authority advice to kill Covid 19 on surfaces. Ideally located for easy access by train/car to Adelaide festival and sporting events. This spacious self-contained suite with split system AC also offers natural temperature control. Separate access to the lower-level suite is from the rear of our home. A private garden setting promises a relaxing retreat in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Close to nature it is convenient to shopping facilities, City, beaches, Belair National Park, Hills attractions and wineries. Continental Breakfast provided.

Our apartment is in the heart of Goodwood, minutes from the city and so close to everything! The cosmopolitan King William Rd with its restaurants, bars and shops is right next door. You will also be a short walk away from the Adelaide Showgrounds and the Farmers’ Market. The nearest tram stop is an 8-minute walk. City-bound tram will take you through Adelaide, while the outward-bound tram goes right to the beach. You can also walk to the city - Adelaide's Victoria square is only 3 km away.

A beautiful serene spot to just relax and revive the soul or if you are looking for the Brighton beach vibes - walks along the esplanade, swims morning and night, a vibrant street of eateries including gourmet icecreams, gelatos and that cup of coffee ! blackboard menus, local wine and pizzas cooked in wood ovens it's only metres away from the Unit on Jetty Rd . Enjoy the Sunsets and walks along the Jetty . There is also a movie theatre a 10 minute walk . make this your yearly destination.
