Lakeway is a beautiful, cottage on the fringe of the Lake District National Park. It is situated 2.5 miles from Pooley bridge and is a 5 minute walk from the quaint village of Tirril, which has its own Country Pub. You can walk the Eamont Way to Pooley Bridge or hop on the bus from Tirril. Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. The enclosed gardens provide plenty of space

HerdyView Lodge is situated in a peaceful location, overlooking rolling hills surrounded by nature on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Away from the tourist crowds but also within easy access to hotspots and amenities. There are attractions in the local area for all ages and interests.

Farrier's house is a renovated barn conversion that was previously a farm shop. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. It is only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick. Dogs are more than welcome! We also rent out Black Mesa on AirBnB should you need another property for friends and family! We live just down the road and so if you have any questions or problems we can quickly help.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

The Haven is a seventeenth-century cottage in the north east of the Lake District close to Ullswater. It has one double and one twin bedroom upstairs, above a sitting/dining room, with a small well-equipped kitchen alongside, and a modern bathroom. Askham is a small and quiet place, described by A Wainwright as the prettiest village in Westmoreland. It is not far off the M6 motorway, and just five miles from Penrith railway station, well served by the West Coast main line.

The cottage is a ideal base for adventures into the lakes, attending a wedding at the nearby Askham or Knipe Halls or if you are simply looking for a escape into the country!
