1879 Victorian in Central Coast Wine Country

Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

At this time, there is one queen bed available, and the second bedroom has been arranged as a lounge. Perched atop a hill, our stay offers stunning views of the Santa Ynez Valley and privacy, yet close proximity to town, shopping, and wine tasting. Located on a ranch set amid sprawling oaks with a few farm animals to enjoy, including donkeys, a goat, sheep, and geese. Our chicken coop is nearby (no roosters!) so that you can even enjoy collecting your own chicken eggs during the spring and summer.
