Nestled in the heart of Bacchus Marsh, ‘The Chateau’ is a self-contained unit, with a large open plan living, dining, kitchen areas, cosy front sitting room to relax. 2 bedrooms, a generous sized bathroom, separated toilet & auto double car garage. Included with your stay is some basic breakfast provisions such as: tea, coffee, hot chocolate & simple range of cereals & spreads. In the bathroom, sample shampoo, conditioner & body wash is also provided. NO Children - the property is not suitable.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.
