Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Totally refitted for this season, as well as the private hot tub adjacent to The Hut, there is a large outdoor wooden gazebo, offering perfect places to enjoy sunsets or starry skies. The Hut is ideally situated in South Devon and offers a peaceful rural retreat with close proximity to many Devon beaches and towns.

As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Very Large open space with high ceiling , large windows, walk out on the garden for stunning views overlooking the sea. Inside area includes one king size double bed and one smaller four poster double, An en-suite all inclusive shower room, dining table, big wood-burner, large wall mounted surround sound TV with Netflix, comfortable seating areas. BBQ area with great views.

The Annexe offers quintessential country living. Stylishly presented, well equipped and enjoys views across the Avon valley. Part of an immaculately kept working beef and arable farm, with horses and chickens nearby, the Annex at Hingston Farm is a self contained wing of the principal farmhouse and is incredibly comfortable and cosy. Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

A cosy two bedroom place, hidden between the rooftops of a beautiful village in the South Hams, Devon. There is a double bedroom, with shower room off and a further single bedroom. The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
