Nature Escape minutes from Sanssouci Palace

The vintage but fresh charm of the home will make your holiday one of a kind. It is a tranquil and restored home located in the wilderness. Minutes away from the Sanssouci Palace and City Center. Indoor and outdoor spaces available and lovely environment. A delicious and freshly prepared breakfast by dietary needs as well as a free of charge pick up at the train station. I gladly give you suggestions for restaurants and local activities. Also, the household is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 cats and 2 children 4 & 1 year old. Kitchen is NOT shared! Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bringt Sie bequem und schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein leckeres Frühstück an. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Dear guests, Our guest room in the breathtaking Mecklenburg Lake District offers all comforts, with a small terrace, smart TV, DVD player, fast WIFI/internet, queen-size bed (1.60m), large desk and private bathroom with shower. We do not have any pets. A healthy breakfast is available for €6. Organic coffee and tea unlimited. Canoe rental €20/day. Our two bathing lakes here are connected to the entire lake district. A summer kitchen (open space in nature) is available from 1 may to 31 September.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops, Pub and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Smocking in room is not allowed. We have a special smocking are where you can seat/relax and smocks. Our property is pet friendly and we welcome pets at 10euro per pet per night cost. We offer breakfast at 10euro per person per day cost. Breakfast time between 7:00 to 9:30PM.

The studios are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of the building and are designed over an area of 36 square meters.
