The place has great views, and is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, the outdoors space, and the location. It's good for couples and families (with kids). Faces directly west. Looks out over huge marsh area with Cape Cod Bay and Sandy Neck beach in site.
