We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

A proximité des principaux lieux touristiques: Lascaux à 10 min, Sarlat, grottes de Tourtoirac et Rouffignac, château d'Hautefort... Une piscine sera à 1km (bassin ludique et de nage). Le gîte est à 4min de tout commerce. De plus ne mettons à disposition vélos, table de ping-pong, jeux de société.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.

Pour une nuit, un week-end ou plus, logez au milieu d'un site arboré où règnent calme et dépaysement. Laissez-vous convaincre par une escapade au sein de la nature, sérénité assurée.
