This is the perfect basecamp for enjoying the many recreational activities in the area: fishing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking and more. Martin Manor is situated in beautiful Bath County and is part of the historic Mustoe house property. You will have access to the upstairs of this property with three different balconies overlooking a beautiful English garden and rolling hills. Conveniently located on route 220 within 4 miles of the Homestead resort where there are plenty of activities indoors and out. The newly renovated Warm Springs, Pools are just up the road. Lake Moomaw is close by for boating kayaking and picnicking.

The apartment has a living space featuring a couch and tv for relaxing after a long day of hiking nearby trails and a desk for tidying up some loose ends (wifi included) before your big meeting. 1 queen, 1 full bed. Then fill your day with outdoor activities throughout the Allegheny Highlands. At night, grill out and enjoy dinner around the table. Then light a bonfire and stargaze before ending the night.

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.

Geese, heron, and an occasional eagle fly along the river valley.
