Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The villa is quietly located just outside the centre of this well-known spa town and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Üeß. Renovated in 2022, it has several balconies, a garden and various outdoor areas to relax. Despite the peaceful setting, everything is close by: a bakery, cafés, restaurants, parks and the famous sauna complex are just a 2-minute walk away. Hiking trails start right outside the house. The Moselle is about a 7-minute drive away

Haus Kondelwald

Die lichtdurchflutete, geräumige, ca 90 qm grosse Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines nach ökologischer Bauweise erstellten Hauses. Das Haus liegt am oberen Ortsrand des kleinen Örtchens Olkenbach/Bausendorf in einem ehemaligen Weimbergshang. Man ist quasi direkt am Waldrand des riesigen Waldgebietes Kondelwald. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Olkenbach und dem dort gelegenen Spielplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche vulkanische Maare,mit dem Auto zügig zu erreichen.

Kleines zweistöckiges Ferienhäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Über eine Aussentreppe ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock zu erreichen. Sie ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn- Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit großzügiger Dusche. Zum Schlafen begibt man sich über die Innentreppe auf eine offene Empore, wo ein 1,60 m breites Bett auf Sie wartet. Falls Sie mit vier Personen kommen, kann die Couch noch zu einem vollwertigen Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
