Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

House is well setup for the boat enthusiast & fisherman. Outside sink for the catch. Flat section, roadside, with plenty of room for parking boat/car etc. House is comfortably furnished as a home away from home. Beachy/bach style decor. Great undercover verandah to frontside of house providing shelter on those more exposed ocean days. TV
