This modern new detached house is located near the beautiful Lovett Lake. Children's playground and lakeside trails within walking distance. 5 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Bayers Lake Business Park(Costco, Superstore, Walmart, Dollaroma, and New Asian food Market) and it takes 12 minutes to drive to Halifax Downtown(shopping center). It is convenient for shopping and traveling.There is enough space for family and friends to stay together for a great vacation.

Enjoy this spacious two story house located between the MacDonald and MacKay bridges! We have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable king bed, wifi, TV with 4K Apple TV, full kitchen, and a private back yard with a patio. There is a second airbnb unit at the front of the house, however, there are no shared spaces and no doorway connecting the two units. I live here for part of the year and rent it out short term while away. If you smoke please do so outside of the house.
