The Shepard Farmhouse on Acreage, a Private House

A 100 year house in the Bergen, next to LeRoy, updated to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, coffee and bottled water in the house, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, and a fire pit with chairs. Please keep in mind that this house is over 100 years old. I make it available because I know that there are not many options for stays in this area. This house is an oasis in a desert! I charge a very modest rate for this nice house. It is a nice, quiet house. No more, no less.

5 min to SUNY Brockport and 30 min to RIT & UR

In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs and our cat Gandalf (the Grey). All friendly. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom & full bath. Parking in front of Cabin. Note: No TV.

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Located between Rochester (20 minutes) and Buffalo (40 minutes). Free parking.
