My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.
