We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Relax as the sun sets on this acre and a half property of cottage gardens just 15 minutes north of Toowoomba. The countryside views await you. Wake up to the occasional misty morning view from your bedroom with uninhibited views of the valley to the west. We do have roosters in the area and on quiet mornings you may hear them.

It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

Cabin with Stunning Valley Views

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Iredale Farm Stay

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside, or talk to the farm animals and wander around our property spotting birds, wallabies and maybe an echidna! Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky. Recharge while you read a book in bed and watch the cows graze just outside your window, then enjoy drinks and a bbq on the deck later on while you watch the sunset. The kids will love it too!

Glen Iris Cottage

Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Horses welcome with 2 stables available. Only 26 minutes to Toowoomba Show Grounds. We can provide fresh eggs when available.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

Welcome to our most recent unit which we have incorporated all the things that we as Queenslanders love. Comfortable living and dining spaces, fully functional kitchen with German appliances and beautifully comfy queen bed with attached bathroom. Most of all a private veranda facing the most beautiful Park in Toowoomba for morning coffee or anytime of the day or night really! Walk to the City and many much loved local restaurants and cafes. Perfect for a Carnival of Flowers getaway.

Escape from the hustle and bustle, and only 25 minutes west of Toowoomba. Stay in the Original Biddeston School (1919). Comfortable and cosy, cottage style accommodation with back deck and full kitchen. Our cottage also has a fireplace and 4 person spa on the deck. Come and experience the peace of country living, blanketed by the stunning night sky whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite around the open fire. We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.

Update 1910s 3 bedrooms cottage near Queens Park

The cottage reopens from November 2024 Dear guests, you have the whole cottage and front yard available to use, we also have the main building and studio which is at the back of cottage but separate entrance. You can only notice us living at the rear property occasionally while we use the driveway. We will give you the most privacy but one minute away for help when you need us. This renovated historic charm cottage is only a walking distance to Queens Park. Stylish and welcome!
