Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck enjoying a gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The spaces include a well-appointed kitchen, warm and inviting living area which has a sleeper couch to accommodate an additional guest - great for a friends retreat. You can relax in this fully self contained unit. A home away from home with all the amenities to cook or simply chill. A super king bed, complete with a wet room bathroom. You can pat our pet sheep and chickens and wander in the tree lane and sit on the park bench. We are in close proximity to the well known Raspberry Cafe and The Store (Tai Tapu). Lincoln Township is only a 7 minute drive. The Rail Trail Bicycle track to Little River and Tai Tapu Course is close by.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.
