Kuća je novoizgrađena na kaskadnom terenu koji Vam zajedno s vrtom omogućuje intimu, privatnost i udobnost prilikom Vašeg odmora. Kuća sadrži 3 sobe, 2 kupaonice i 1 wc, otvoreni prostor u kojom se nalazi ulaz, dnevni boravak, blagovaonski stol i kuhinja.

Completely renovated in 2024, mama Marija apartment ensures privacy, utmost relaxation and enjoyment at Hvar town waterfront. Original stone walls of the exterior beautifully complement timeless interior design. Purple haze

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Above the sea, below the stars

Our place "above the sea, below the stars" is a new apartment built in winter 2022 and finished in May. It is on the best position just right to the sea. You can watch sea and beautiful Island Biševo during a day, and in the evening enjoy the clear sky full of stars. Big terrace is the best spot in Komiža. We renovated second floor and built third one in the house from 1913. Everything is new, except the brick wall from 1913. Place has everything you need and I would love to be your host.

Vineyard Cottage in Beautiful Eco Vine Valley

Our cottage is in the Fields of Grace Vineyards in a peaceful valley with small vineyards, where you will enjoy peace and nature. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home, and only 5-min's drive to the town center. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

The Rudi Seaside Apartment

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

Seaside cosy house for two - for nature lovers

This house is ideal for easy-going, responsible guests who don’t stress when things occasionally go differently than planned, cherish nature, care for water resources and enjoy simple living. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE CAREFULLY READ DESCRIPTIONS ! Our bay has no road access. From the nearest parking area there is a 10 minute walk along a natural footpath (not suitable for bikes or heavy luggage). Everything here is slower and harder to fix than on the mainland.

BEACHFRONT APT - simply the best possible location

Doslovno par koraka od mora i plaže nalazi se apt. “Porpini”. Sa male terase imate predivan pogled na more, gdje se možete sunčati uz zvukove valova i mora, ili se opustiti uz hladno piće zaštićeni od sunca. Ovaj mali ali udoban studio apartman ima sve što vama treba za vaš odmor. Opremljena kuhinja, TV, klima uređaj. Apartman uključuje i besplatan romantičan zalazak sunca u kojem možete uživati na odmorištu stepeništa – podestu, pri samom vrhu kuće ;)

Kuća na moru u hladu borova

Apartman u kući nalazi se tik uz more u prekrasnoj pješčanoj uvali Stončica, 7 km od grada Visa. Nalazi se u hladovini borove šume na vrlo mirnom i opuštajućem mjestu, okružena prirodom. Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

Ribarska Beach Villa - Komiža, Vis

Ribarska House is private stand-alone accommodation, located on the beach in the centre of Komiža with unobstructed views of the sea and Bishevo island. Ribarska House consists of four separate bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all ensuite, which makes the house ideal for large families or a group of up to 8 people. There is also a large kitchen and private sea-facing terrace as well as an additional guest bathroom.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds.
