Sunny Beach Holiday Home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and can host a maximum of 5 guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. A foldable bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms if required. Please let us know when making your booking. The home features a comfortable lounge area with sofas, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar, as well as an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a BBQ on the deck for guests to enjoy. We provide milk, tea bags, and instant coffee. If you prefer to make your own coffee, a coffee machine is available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. For families and groups, we also offer a Wii gaming console and a selection of children’s toys for everyone to enjoy together. A work desk is available in the corner of the living area if you need to catch up on work during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Friendly Reminder: From time to time, you may notice small wildlife animals around the outside of the property. This is a normal part of the local environment, and we appreciate your understanding.

Come relax in our comfortable guest studio. Our guests love that it feels private, quiet and is self-contained. The studio is behind the main house, with driveway access and parking spaces. There are all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There are lovely walking tracks around. Its a short walk down Blowhole Road to the beach and local cafes. The shops are very close by, as well as bus stops and a short trip to Kingston or 20 minutes drive to Hobart.

Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.
