The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

At the Hive, we have blended a classic A-frame style with the treehouse feel that our guests love. Our largest cabin so far will sleep four with room for dining and just hanging out. The huge porch wrapped around the trees provides the perfect spot for relaxing with family or friends. Adults-Only (18+): This property is not suitable for children. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.
