Our family home is empty and we would love to share the rooms with guests.Our home is only 4 kms away from the international stadium if you are coming for a sporting event. We have a queen with airconditioning and a twin room with 1 king single and 1 single available. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. We also have a EV power point for you to plug in if you have an electric car.This is a great stopover for (URL HIDDEN) note there is NO sitting room and NO cooking facilities

Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request. Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
