Pen y Bryn, Shepherds' Hut on Isle of Anglesey

Pen y Bryn is in an idyllic location at the the foot of Holyhead Mountain with panoramic views across the Llŷn Peninsula and Snowdonia. The views are outstanding, the photos really can't do it justice, although we've tried! Come and sit on the decking and enjoy the total peace. There is private access, garden & parking. We are within walking distance of South Stack lighthouse and, for bird lovers, the RSPB nature reserve. There is also easy access to the coastal footpath and walking trails.

Treehouse close to the Anglesey Coast

In the depths of North-west Anglesey and close to the and coastal paths sits a quirky Treehouse. Tucked away a mile off the main road the little nest sits around a tree which grows inside the space. It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys. The huts are for two people and furnished with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. The interiors are cosy and bright, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner.
