Great sea view house on island Hvar

Beautiful old stone house next to the sea, it is situated in one basin called Lučica on southeast part of island Hvar. It is only 20 meters from small beach. We have just one neighbor in our basin. There is no electricity, we use gas instead and solar energy for light. We have drinking water in a well. There is 6 bedroom, one bathroom and living room with kitchen in the house. Also we have private parking space near the house. In front of the house we have barbecue and lot of space for sitting and enjoy in the sun. There is no traffic, you can come by your car, it is 3 kilometers far from main road and public transit. It is 35 kilometers from StariGrad ferry port.

The house is located in an isolated place, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy. Below the house is a beautiful pebble beach with a cave. Parking spaces are provided, behind the house is a large parking lot. In the neighboring bays are small shop and an excellent restaurant with local specialities.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2.
