Originally built in the late 1800s as a two room cabin, this historic cottage is known locally by many names such as the Gingerbread House, Hansel & Gretel House, or the Elf House. You will love this whimsical and cozy home full of historic details. Located less than one mile from Columbia's downtown district and Mizzou. **All guests must acknowledge/accept the rental agreement prior to booking. This is in the "House Rules" section**

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Kitchenette includes refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker This lower level apartment is light and airy with large windows in each room! Bedrooms include televisions along with big screen TV in living area. Private outdoor sitting area with fire pit to enjoy your evenings!

Step into the serenity of trees and sky. The yurt has been crafted to relax and refresh you with comfort and convenience and the simple joys of peaceful proximity to nature. The round common room has a kitchenette, queen-size bed, table, chairs, and a futon which opens out to a double bed. A shower room completes the setting. And now no additional cleaning fee!. also, the water is from our deep well: tested, certified.... And delicious!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This 100 year old bungalow serves as my private hair and photography studio when it's not moonlighting as a short-term rental! But don't worry...you will have the entire place to yourself! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious, private home in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Less than 1 mile off I-70 & 4 miles from downtown/campus/MU and Boone hospitals. Pet- and kid-friendly with a sizable, securely fenced backyard and cement patio with fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and canvas shade. Cozy, modern interior features 40 original paintings by the owner and an electric fireplace.

The unit is in a rustic country setting on a dead end gravel road. Although it feels as though you are far away from everything, you are only 7 miles from the University of Missouri. We are very close to the hiking and nature trails, the Missouri River, and the local winery. Our setting is unique and creates the sense that you have truly gotten away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Cabin on almost 70 acres with Bass Creek running through it. Direct access to highway 63 and minutes south of Columbia. Perfect setting for a family gathering or a relaxing weekend getaway.
